To start losing weight,change the habits that you have been doing.Eat but eat differently.Don't sit when you can stand or move around.These are little things,but they can make the difference of helping you lose the extra pounds around your waistline.

Get used eating more salads and uncooked vegetables and fruits.Canned foods contain large amount of sugar and salt and are not good for health.It is advisable to eat lots of fruit and vegetables that have low glycemic index.

Take advantage of the food that are popular during summer months,less expensive as they they are in season.Having barbecues is an excellent idea ,excess fats is drain of your meat and add salads to your diet.Eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits,steam brown rice ,grilled fish and meat.Keep things simple and just use dressings without fat.Eat with your family,enjoy your meal and their company instead of eating in front of your T.V.
