Indicators of Asthma and Simple Remedies

By: James M. Crosswell

Most people understand the primary reason people suffer with asthma is due to pollution in their immediate area that aggravate a normally hereditary condition that cause asthma in a person. Everyone has seen the hundreds of advertisements for asthma remedies that are currently available. But, there are also lots of natural remedies available and getting them and using them is a fairly simple thing to do.

In addition another common perception in the minds of most people when it concerns an asthmatic person, is to picture someone who is always having trouble breathing normally and who also ends up needing an inhaler to restore normal breathing once more.

Having said that, modern research has identified causes of certain asthma attacks and they have also found natural formulas that can combat these causes before they even trigger an attack. Natural asthma remedies alleviate then concerns about side effects of manufactured drugs.

Even as natural remedies are proving as good or better than prescription drugs it is necessary to move forward slowly at first when using natural asthma remedies. With any treatment there are risks of bad reactions associated with the use of that treatment.

During an attack some things to try and keep in mind are the compound effects of the attack, the chest tightening, the breathlessness and the anxiety that tops it all off. They all seem to compound the other. Some people have found success by taking vitamins B6 and B12 and Kava Kava. Keep in mind when using Kava Kava it should not be used at the same time as someone is consuming alcohol or taking sedatives as it is in itself a sedative.

Some asthmatics even find St. John's Wort to be a useful herb as a good asthma remedy, and so are immune boosters of which Vitamin E as well as grape seed extract are good examples.

You might consider something that others have found to be effective. Magnetic healing bracelets have been found by many to offer a non-invasive and highly effective treatment for asthma conditions.
