Load Cells vs. Personal Scales – A Short Introduction

But these load cells are pretty slow when it comes to their response and they always need clean and regulated air. The strain-gage devices are likely to convert the load that is acting on them into a different electrical signal and this type of load cells uses four strain gages in order to obtain the highest sensitivity and the maximum temperature compensation.
