There are many who say Russian marriages occur due to manipulative women's need for financial stability, but this is not true. Of course no woman will deny that her life has drastically improved since she got married, but this is only one part of the story. These women genuinely want to find true love, and they realize that it could exist anywhere in the world, not just in their own country. The Russian brides always hold to their culture, and the traditions, and they always support their family, and not defy their husband at the same time. The finances are usually shared by both of them. In Russian tradition it is typical for the wives to work but there is still a sexism that will never allow a woman to make as much of a salary as a man does. So, you should know that some of your money will be shared and sent to your Russian bride's family back in Russia.
