There are other drugs used for long-term treatment such as Nifedipine, which is a long-acting calcium channel blocker and the other is the Methyldopa which stimulates central inhibitory alpha-adrenergic receptors or acts as falls transmitter, resulting in reduction of arterial pressure.

These are the commonly used medical treatments that are given to pregnant women that are undergoing such problems like hypertensions, because these problems always occur to pregnant woman. But having these treatments does not mean you are all set, there are still other minor measures to help you in hypertension such as maintaining your diet and doing your own habits. Just do all of these measures and you will have a better condition.
